Are you looking for a new hobby or do you already like to spend your spare time crafting? If the answer is yes – then here’s what we’ve been up to. Our members do a wide variety of “needle-based” work – from patchwork (hence the group name) to creative embroidery, dress-making, cross stitch, knitting and crochet and they would be pleased to share their knowledge with you. In 2024, we will also be running some short courses - the first being “ Know Your Sewing Machine ” which will take place in Spring 2024 (date to be confirmed). So, if you have a sewing machine sitting in the corner that hasn’t been used for some time or you got one for Christmas, then come along and see what you can achieve.
